Full Payment: A full payment must be made atleast 2 weeks from the travel date.
Non-Refundable: Once we have issued the official confirmation of your tour/package after your full payment, it becomes non-refundable. We make advance reservations for all aspects of your tour, including airfare, guides, drivers, transportation, accommodations, and more. These arrangements are made in adherence to strict terms and conditions set by our suppliers, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for both parties involved in our business operations.
Accommodation: Based on twin/double or triple sharing.
Transfers: Round trip airport transfers.
Meals: Daily breakfast and other meals as specified in the itinerary.
Tours: Sightseeing tours, entrance fees, and an English-speaking tour guide.
Personal Expenses: Telephone calls, mini-bar, etc.
Tips: Tips for drivers and guides.
Travel Tax: Philippines travel tax.
Visa Fees: If applicable.
Extra Baggage: Additional baggage allowance.
Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.
Visa: Required for certain destinations.
Additional Documents: For foreign passport holders, minors, and government employees, ensure all necessary documents are secured.
Supplemental Fee: A supplemental fee applies to solo travelers.
